Accommodation overview: Robbie's Barn is a high quality holiday cottage set a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the northern Cotswolds, very close to Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon. The cottage was recently modernised and has many ECO friendly modifications incl solar panels and ground source heat pump. Internally the cottage, which is on one level (ideal for limited mobility) is very warm, welcoming and homely with some delightful touches including beautiful oak beams and a wood burning stove. Robbie's is situated in Fulready which has easy access to Stratford, along with the Cotswolds towns of Moreton in Marsh and Stow in the Wold. We loved the owners' home grown produce which you are welcome to purchase! The owners have cleverly mixed old and new to make it a very charming home. There is a lovely garden and super views to the south. The property is located just 15 mins level walk from Hay centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Accommodation overview: Mere Coach House is a simply stunning! A large, detached house located down a long drive on the edge of the premium (and quite famous) Cotswolds village of Fairford, it offers just about everything you could wish for when looking for an exclusive holiday home. Inside, the owners have created a very welcoming and stylish yet quirky home with large rooms throughout and four fabulous bedroom suites, each with bathrooms. From our perspective, we found the kitchen/diner the real heart of the house, warm and inviting with its huge Aga, and enjoying superb views across the private gardens and paddock beyond, both of which are perfect for children (and adults of course!) to play ball games. This is one for the family, it is also one for friends too given it's superb layout and location in this historic village. There is little not to like in this house, so we're quite certain you will have a fabulous and memorable holiday here.
