The Anglesey Coastal Path birdwatching at South Stack Cliffs and day trips to Dublin from Holyhead are all easily accessible.

There are two golf courses in nearby Trearddur also popular for its rock fishing.
The North Wales coast and breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia National Park is just 40 miles across the island via the A55.
Three miles away is the port of Holyhead with regular sailings to Dublin and Dun Laoghaire. With the modern high speed ferries you can be in Ireland in just 99 minutes!
