The traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 10 miles, for fun fair and amusements, and slightly further afield are the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, famous for shell fish and the Poppyline Steam Railway. A trip along the coastal route leads towards the RSPB and Salt Marsh Nature Reserves for excellent walks and bird watching opportunities. Boat trips to visit the Blakeney Point Nature Reserve are available from Blakeney and Morston Quay.
