The cottage is a very good size for four people, but has the advantage of an extra bed if a fifth person wishes to travel*. The Barn lies a quarter of a mile down its own lane (which it shares with the owners next door). There are fine views across rolling farmland adjacent to Cornwall's Trevarno Estate and Gardens.

Tregadjack Barn is ideally located for visiting all the great Cornish gardens - Heligan, Trebah, Eden, Glendurgan and Trelissick. This part of Cornwall has plenty to offer, with St Ives, Penzance, Truro and The Helford River all within a 20 to 40 minute drive.

An ideal UK golf and outdoor break, Tregadjack Barn is centrally placed to access all the very best surfing, sailing, diving and golfing destinations that Cornwall has to offer and of course is well placed to walk a different stretch of the coastal path each day with field walks from the garden gate. Take a nostalgic ride on the restored Helston Railway which will stop for you at the bottom of the garden.

The Oat House is an attached property built in traditional style using mellow honey coloured Cotswold stone beneath a slate roof. The village of Snowshill is situated on the top of the Cotswold escarpment above the villages of Stanway, Stanton Broadway, Buckland and Laverton.
