The cottages offer peace and tranquillity of surrounding countryside, and are ideally positioned to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, North York Moors and the East Coast. They are in a perfect area for bird watchers with the magnificent Red Kite birds of prey located on the Estate. There is ample walking throughout the Estate for leisurely walkers or keen ramblers to enjoy this unspoilt beautiful part of the world on the edge of the Wolds Way. There are two public houses a few shops (within walking distance) as well as a church. There are more more shops and services to be found in Wootton Bassett, 3 miles away. Slightly further afield is Bath which is approximately 25 mins away, while the attractions of the Southern Cotswolds are all within an easy drive - including Cirencester, Tetbury (excellent for antiques) and Malmesbury.
