The cottage is set in a quiet area of the Lower Mill and enjoys a decking area which looks towards a grassed area and Clearwater Lake beyond. This is a great location for families with superb facilities all within easy reach, but is also ideal for couples who want to relax with some brilliant walks (including the Thames Path) and also a good quality local pub, which is about 15 mins walk away. Internally the property is spacious and well appointed, absolutely ideal for summer and winter months alike, particularly with the french doors for outdoor dining in summer or the woodburning stove for winter. Naturally there is an abundance of nature on your doorstep (often literally!) while for the more adventurous there are the many sporting activities of canoeing, kyaking, sailing to name a few all within a short drive. The property, which is semi detached, is a traditionally styled Cotswold Stone cottage which sits on the edge of the development, overlooks a little River Thames stream, while a short walk across the lane in front of the cottage, takes you to the lake, where you can sit and enjoy the view across the lake. There are many activities on offer including an outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.
