Half a mile from the cottage there is a delightful footpath that takes you to the village of Bibury where the famous Arlington Row belonging to the National Trust can be found. The cottage, which is attached to Lilac Cottage (sleeping three), provides a very high standard of self catering accommodation. There is a large enclosed garden laid to lawn and shrubs with a raised patio area. The garden to side and rear is lovely (*below) but of particular appeal is a little bench at the front of the house, perched towards the river and perfect for a quiet moment.
