Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a spacious, 'loft-like' property situated close to the heart of Bath city centre. The open plan ground floor is spacious with the kitchen overlooking the living space. Upstairs the bedrooms are spacious too, practical, well equipped and furnished for a short or long stay. The owners have made the most of the building and presented it in an 'industrial cool meets Bath charm' style that appealed to us when we inspected the property. This is an unusual property, and we think you'll love it when you stay. The property is located about 15 mins level walk to the centre of Bath (& also v. close to where Bath Rugby Club train!) and on the very edge of a small housing development. Accommodation overview: This pretty detached cottage sits on the edge of the creek with gardens extending to the banks. A stable door leads into an open plan ground floor with beamed ceiling.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area and a comfortable sitting area with French windows opening onto an attractive small patio and lawn on the quay side.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with waterside views, one with a double bed, another with twin divans and wash basin and a children's room with 2ft 6in bunk beds. The bathroom is fitted with a W.C., basin and shower over the bath.
Both Bodinnick and Polruan, which are in easy walking distance, have popular Inns providing good pub food. Fowey, with its rich variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes is 1.5 miles via the Bodinnick car / pedestrian ferry or half a mile down the creek by boat.
Guests from Pont House and Pont Quay Cottage may use this private quay, slipway and foreshore for their own and hire boats with the prior agreement of the owner. Pets are welcome at Pont but must be kept under control at all times to protect the abundant wildlife. There is a seasonal shop at Penmarlam campsite 1 mile away.

Accommodation overview: Surrounded by unspoilt countryside yet only a 15 minute drive from both the stunning North and South Coasts of Cornwall, this single storey recently converted detached cottage nestles to one side of Ting Tang and the entrance of West Trevarth Farm.
As the name implies, this is an idyllic cosy property, double glazed and offering a comfortable and well equipped home from home at any time of the year with under floor heating throughout, set in a rural but not isolated position for touring.
Approached from the tarmac parking area where there is space for one car, a path and three gated steps lead up to the front door opening to a central hallway with a shower room W.C. with hand basin and heated towel rail at the rear.
To the left, a door opens to a delightful living room with a very smart modern fitted kitchen area with soft close doors, dining furniture, a cosy rug under foot and comfortable lounge seating to snuggle up on.
On the opposite side of the entrance hall is a charming bedroom with a king-size double bed and built in wardrobe. The floors are all tiled with the exception of the bedroom which is carpeted. There are no internal steps and for the less mobile, there is alternative access to the property via a ramp.
A paved patio and sheltered lawn offers a lovely setting for holidaymakers to return to after a day walking the South West Coast Path or on the beach at Portreath or Falmouth, approximately 7 miles respectively. The villages of Lanner and Carharrack are both within a 5 minute drive and each have a local store and pub, and for a wider selection of amenities, the maritime town of Falmouth and the cathedral city of Truro are both 20 minutes by car.
There is a wide choice of beaches including Porthtowan, Portreath, Newquay, St Ives and Falmouth to name but a few all within a 30 minute drive and the glorious Roseland Peninsula can also be reached via the King Harry Ferry. There are a plenitude of golf courses, houses and gardens to visit in the area, water sports are available at Stithians Lake and the Cornish Way Coast to Coast Cycle Trail is nearby with bicycle hire available from Bissoe Tramways.

Many famous Cotswold villages are within twenty minutes by car such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, The Slaughters, The Swells, Great and Little Barrington, Moreton-in-Marsh etc. The famous gardens of Kiftsgate and Hidcote are about forty minutes away, not far from the delightful town of Chipping Campden.
