Accommodation overview: Only a few minutes from the coastal path and in a wonderful area for walkers, with lovely country views, this attractive detached granite cottage is set in the picturesque farming hamlet of Bosorne on the brow of a hill overlooking Cot Valley which runs down to the boulder strewn beach and rugged coast to the south of Cape Cornwall.
Approached from a lane through a walled and gated grassy garden the front door opens into a small lobby, a wide central hallway with ample hanging space to one side with stairs winding up to the floor above. Off the hall is a very spacious sitting room with a high ceiling and a rather grand granite fireplace. On the other side of the hall is a recently enlarged, attractive kitchen / dining room with modern fitted units and beyond a utility room. There is a new downstairs shower room W.C. with hand basin and a door to a service courtyard at the rear where there are sheds for storage etc.
Upstairs are a bathroom with hand basin and hand shower fitment to the bath, a separate W.C. and three bedrooms, two with a glimpse of the sea at the mouth of the valley. There is one kingsize double room, one twin bedded room and one with bunk beds. From the front garden a side gate and two steps leads up to a part walled grassy garden at one end of the cottage, ideal for older children. The shops and amenities of St Just are about a mile.

Accommodation overview: Set to one side of a quiet country lane between Cubert village and the sea, this 200 year old detached and double glazed cottage has been freshly renovated to a high standard and is surrounded by lovely countryside with glimpses of the sea on the horizon.
Well placed for access to Holywell Bay, 1 mile, Porth Joke and West Pentire beaches which can be reached by road or by public footpath to Cubert Common and the cliff path which links all three for the more energetic.
Entered through a glazed front porch with room for the storage of coats, an inner door leads directly into a bright and sunny, dual aspect sitting room with comfortable lounge seating arranged before the wood burning stove. Beyond is a recently enlarged modern kitchen/dining room with smart fitted units, quarry tiled floor and ample dining space; there is also a door to an enclosed paved courtyard with patio furniture and a shed for storage of beachgear.
Painted stairs lead up from the lounge to the first floor where there is a newly fitted bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle and two charming bedrooms with a 5ft king-size and twin beds respectively. From the master bedroom views of the sea on the horizon can be enjoyed.
The sheltered garden has a good sized level lawn and there is off road parking for two cars on the gravel drive which can be gated to enclose the garden. A lockable garage is also available and there is a seldom used right of way to one other cottage. The village has a grocery store/P.O., pub and two restaurants all within a 15 minute walk and there is a regular bus service to Newquay and the cathedral city of Truro.
The sandy beach at Holywell Bay is about 1 mile and Crantock 2.5 miles, with West Pentire slightly further where there is a summer passenger ferry to Newquay which with its amenities is 5 miles by road. The immediate vicinity provides several golf courses and riding stables, there are local walks across Cubert Common to the coastal footpath, a fun park nearby offers go karting and children’s amusements and Newquay Zoo and Sea Life Centre are about a 15 minute drive.

Accommodation overview: Little Stalls is a beautiful, one bedroom barn conversion located in truly peaceful surroundings on the edge of a working farm deep in Cotswolds countryside. The property has undergone a painstaking and complete refurbishment to provide the highest quality in self catering accommodation. No detail has been left with the result a truly superb holiday cottage. The barn is on the edge of the village of Kemble, a traditional Cotswold village that is well located for touring the Cotswold region. In our opinion Little Stalls is a wonderful Cotswold bolt-hole offering real peace and tranquility. The village itself has a small shop and also the benefit of a train station with direct links to London. This has to be one of our finest holiday cottages. Please note: Little Stalls and Big Stalls can be booked together for a party of eight.ACCOMMODATION (All on one level)Entrance into small lobby areaKitchen / Living / Dining Room, well equipped with electric hob and oven, washing machine plus fridge.
