Situated within a few minutes' walk of all the amenities of this delightful coastal village including choice of shops, restaurants, pubs, tennis courts, bowling green and cinema close by. Breathtaking coastal and country walks are easily accessible, with abundant wildlife including wild goats in the Valley of the Rocks, and red deer and Exmoor ponies in the surrounding countryside. The historic funicular cliff railway connects Lynton and its twin village of Lynmouth with its delightful harbour, gardens, shingle and rock beaches. First class location for walking, fishing, bird watching or riding in surrounding National Trust and Exmoor countryside. Many famous beauty spots are also easily accessible including Heddon Valley, Watersmeet and the Doone Valley.

The accommodation was completely refurbished for the 2010 season and is equipped and furnished to high standards throughout including central heating and double glazing. The village is steeped in seafaring history and has a Maritime Museum boat trips to Instow and fishing trips to enjoy. There is a range of shops pubs restaurants and galleries to sample as well as having lovely walks along the river or to Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach.
