Accommodation overview: An extensive family property nestling in the woodland above North Sands with quick access to North and South Sands beaches, and within walking distance of central Salcombe. The house is surrounded by trees (hence the name!) offering a degree of seclusion, whilst still providing glimpses of the estuary from most of rooms.
