The golden sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! are a short drive away as well as the pretty village of Appledore. There are numerous other attractions to suit all tastes within short driving distance including The Big Sheep Atlantic Village The Milky Way The Oldenburg for trips to Lundy Island Tapeley Park and the picturesque village of Clovelly. There is also a bike hire a short walk away for touring the local area. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with views over the estuary and 1 twin. A sofa bed is also available (no bedding provided). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: cottage style steps lead upstairs to an open-plan living area with TV DVD with Freeview iPod dock DAB radio and electric effect woodburner. Kitchen: with cooker washer/dryer fridge microwave and radio. Outside: steps down to the property. A small grass and gravelled area with seating for guest and pet use (Neighbours very occasionally use their right of way to pass through the area) Amenities: roadside parking is at the top of a flight of approximately 30 stone steps along a public footpath which is directly outside the cottage. Bed linen towels electric central heating regret no smoking and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beaches 2 miles pub and shops all walking distance.
