The cottage is on the ground floor of a terrace known as 'Crombie's Land' - a listed building dating back to the early 1800's, where Neil Munro, the famous Scottish novelist and poet was born. Lovingly and sympathetically restored, the cottage has been beautifully furnished and finished with maple flooring and a mix of modern and antique styles to give it a romantic feel. There is parking just outside and a garden seat to enjoy the view. The property may suit visitors in standard wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.

This beautifully presented detached house sits on the fringe of a new development and has a lovely open view over farmland from the front of the house. Downstairs has under floor heating, with oak flooring. The lounge has a large, comfortable corner sofa and lovely bay window to enjoy watching the sun setting. French doors lead from the lounge into a separate dinning room.
