The area is a walker s paradise with plenty of routes direct from the properties. The beautiful south coast is approximately 5 miles from the village where you can enjoy the breathtaking coastal path fishing diving and boat trips. The village is ideally based for touring the whole of Cornwall with many sandy beaches secluded coves and quaint fishing villages to discover within a short drive away. The fishing resort of Looe is also only a few miles away and offers the perfect day out with its fishing trips and lively town. Outside: both cottages are welcome to use parts of the garden that are shared with the owner. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 5 miles shop within walking distance closest pub 2.3 miles in village of Pelynt. Arrival: 3.30pm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: double room on the ground floor. Single on the first floor with 2 6 bed. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: cosy room with TV DVD hi-fi electric cooker microwave fridge and dining table. Utility room: external with washing machine and tumble dryer ( 2 per wash). Outside: a small enclosed lawn with seating and BBQ area is situated at the front of the cottage.
