It also provides horse riding an 18 hole links golf course sport and leisure centre bowling greens coarse and sea fishing and a choice of award-winning clean beaches with beautiful clifftop walks. Leisure facilities: Indoor tennis court games room with pool table and table tennis outdoor giant chess set river trout and coarse lake fishing woodland walk and kite flying field. Guests are also invited to interact with the alpacas that live on-site. Amentities: Laundry room with wet suit drying area. Converted in 2008 this two-storey cottage offers THREE bedrooms all with TVs: on the first floor master double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin bedroom both with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. Bathroom: bath with shower head attachment and WC. Additional twin bedroom located on the ground floor with hi-fi. Cloakroom with WC off the entrance hall. Lounge: open-plan with TV and DVD. Accommodation overview: 3 MINUTE WALK FROM THE BEACH USE OF OWNER S SWIMMING POOL TENNIS COURT AND GAMES ROOM AT NEARBY FARM Situated in a quiet road less than a 3 minute walk to the lovely sandy surfing beach of Widemouth Bay. Perfectly located for enjoying one of finest sandy surfing beaches in North Cornwall. A 3 mile drive along the scenic coastal route brings you to Bude a small town with much to offer all year round. Bude has an impressive 18 hole golf course an indoor swimming pool shops restaurants horse riding bowls tenpin bowling etc. In addition the canal provides fishing rowing boats leisurely walks along the towpath and excellent bird watching. For the keen walker there are many opportunities both at the coast and on nearby Bodmin Moor. All in all there is a huge diversity of activities nearby along with many opportunities to simply relax. Spend the evenings in the garden or stroll to the nearby family pub (0.5 mile) which offers good food. Leisure facilities: the owner s farm is 0.5 mile up the road and you can share use of outdoor swimming pool (Whitsun May bank holiday to end of September) and tennis court. Farm activities: welcome to feed the animals around the owners farmyard. Play facilities: shared play area at owners farm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD and open fire. Kitchen: with cooker fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave.
