An imposing 17th Century Farmhouse with a wealth of character features throughout situated in the heart of Snowshill a quintessential Cotswolds village - only three miles from the beautiful village of Broadway.

The village sits on the top of the escarpment and is only a five-minute drive from Broadway and approximately 15/20 minutes from Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.

Completely refurbished during 2012, the property benefits from a huge kitchen/breakfast room with enormous open fireplace, and seven bathrooms serving the eight bedrooms. Exposed beams and stonework appear throughout and there are flagstone and wood floors on the ground floor. There is a large south facing garden and a patio area suitable for outside dining.

Less than a three-minute walk away the village boasts a popular pub, The Snowshill Arms. There is a village church and the area is very popular with walkers. Broadway, 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds' is less than three miles away and boasts several excellent restaurants, tea rooms and shops.

Snowshill Manor and gardens and Cotswold Lavender Farm with their gift shops and tea rooms are well worth a visit.

There is easy access to Evesham, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.

Buckland Wood Barn is a detached Cotswold stone holiday home, situated at the end of a quarter-mile long hard-surface drive.

Located on a hillside a mile above Broadway, the setting has breathtaking views across the valley (designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) up to Broadway Tower.

The National Trust owned Snowshill Manor is a mile away and so, too, is the nearest pub.

The Barn is in the grounds of 16th century gamekeeper's cottage which has some 50 acres including a private wood and stream. There are some fantastic walks on the doorstep, including the Cotswold Way (which runs some 500 yards from the property).

There are many historical properties to see, along with pubs and restaurants to visit. There is a good small supermarket in Broadway and an excellent butcher.

The property displays a real sense of place with the back drop of the farm’s own orchard, enveloped within the Herefordshire countryside famous for its’ cider production. Westonbirt Arboretum, with its amazing walks and forests is within 2o minutes drive.
