It offers exceptional parkland views and provides spacious accommodation for up to ten guests. Situated approx 7 miles south east of the Georgian town of Holt and Aylsham 5 miles. Both are within easy reach by car and offer excellent shopping and recreational facilities.

The nearest village is 1.5 miles away and has a post office/shop, a gallery, church and the well known pub The Walpole Arms.
