The barn is 12 miles from the historical city of York and 7 miles from the food town of Malton and only 3 miles from the beautiful historic mansion house, Castle Howard home to the Howard family for three hundred years.
Chapel Barn is perfect for exploring the Yorkshire wolds and the east coast. There is a wealth of local footpaths and bridleways for those who enjoy walking.
