The nearest golf course is at Church Stretton and is the third highest in the country with fantastic views! A number of traditional country pubs with great food, open fires and real ale are situated a short drive away.
The property is ideally placed for visiting the medieval Shropshire town of Shrewsbury with its speciality shopping, fine foods and amenities. Five minutes away is Church Stretton, a Victorian spa resort and finally Shropshire's gastronomic capital Ludlow, with its Michelin-starred restaurants.

The property features exposed beams, a large sitting room with high ceilings leading out through French Windows to a private patio, and access to the historic gardens of Upton Cressett.
Upton Cressett is a secluded hamlet deep in the Shropshire countryside, but lies within four and a half miles of historic Bridgnorth and five miles of the small, pretty market town of Much Wenlock. It is accessed by a winding and, in places, steep lane which leads to the Hall. Next to the Hall is the historic Norman church of St Michael with its 12th century wall paintings.
