Set overlooking fields and surrounded by period Cotswold properties this delightful holiday cottage offers a very high standard of self catering accommodation. Internally, the owners have created a stunning home, which while contemporary it retains a wealth of period features that give a real sense of warmth and 'welcome'. The accommodation, which is set over three floors and with good size rooms throughout, has many period features through out. Including flagstone flooring, beams and mullion windows but of particular appeal is the kitchen which is, as they say, 'where the heart is': a gorgeous light room with a vaulted ceiling and Aga. When we visited the property we came away with the wow factor very much in our minds, we're confident that you'll feel just the same when you walk through the door too! Hunter Court is a luxury holiday house set in the idyllic Cotswold village of Clanfield. This substantial home is very spacious, and is tastefully decorated with a relaxed, family home feel.
The five acre property comprises two fields (often with sheep) and a walled garden of approximately half an acre.
The self-catering holiday retreat is a two minute walk from two cosy 17th century pubs with excellent food and roaring log fires. Clanfield is an ideal location for an outdoor break in Oxfordshire with plenty of walks as well as cycling, fishing and boating (the Thames is only two miles away). Burford is eight miles away, Oxford 21 miles and Cirencester 18 miles.
Heathrow Airport can be reached in an hour and 10 minutes and the nearest train stations are Oxford (21 miles) and Didcot (22 miles), Charlbury (16 miles) and Swindon (17 miles).

A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available.
