The Presa de Moura Resort lies between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, in one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve. Situated on the edge of Sesmarias village with a backcloth of rolling hills, this recently constructed luxury resort occupies a pretty wooded valley, which slopes down gently to the Atlantic ocean. Most of the 40 luxury townhouses and of the 33 luxury villas have a breathtaking distant sea view.

On site you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant and bar located next to the Reception at the entrance of the resort, open for lunch and dinner. There is also a hairdresser and Beauty Salon. Friendly on-site reception staff who will organize excursions, rental cars, babysitting, discounted golf and tennis, as well as Internet Access, DVD Rentals and a book and music library. Close by you have all the amenities of a mini-market, two of the Algarve's best golf courses (approx. 2.5 km) and hours of walking and hiking in unspoilt nature. The beaches and resort of Carvoeiro are just 3km away.

Vista Mar is a modern, beautifully appointed villa situated at the end of a cul de sac in the centre of the resort, offering superb amenities in a spacious lawned garden with private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps). Inside, Vista Mar is very comfortably furnished and well equipped, offering everything you could wish for in a superior villa holiday. All main rooms are air conditioned and the bathrooms all have under-floor heating.

Two storeys. A large private driveway leads to the villa, which is surrounded by its own garden. Ground floor: entrance hall, modern and fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Seperate laundry area with washing machine in patio behind kitchen. Living room with fireplace, black leather couches including a dining satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors to terrace and BBQ. Dining room. One double bedroom and shower/WC. Upstairs is a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom leading onto a spacious terrace with sea views, plus a twin bedded bedroom with shower/WC.
