Set in the heart of the Loire valley this is the ideal location for those seeking peace and quiet within 20 acres of walled park and gardens with a further 375 acres of woodland for walks and jogging! This recently renovated property forms part of the original stable block adjacent to the owners chateau. Facilities are shared with one other rental property of similar size but each has their own private garden areas. Shared pool with security alarm 10 x 10 x 1-2.1m depth (heated from mid May - mid Sept) is set within a circular walled garden and the tennis court is situated near the owner’s château. Small oriental lake in front of the château which clients pass on the way to the tennis courts; children will require supervision.
