Villa Jean is a most comfortable and tastefully decorated villa, situated in a quiet residential area of 'Cumbre del Sol' on a hillside 5 km from the village of Benitachell, between the resorts of Moraira and Javea (8 km from either). There are shops 500m away, and the nearest restaurant is 2km. There are superb views of the coastline from the terraces and balconies. The kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2m) is bordered by sun terraces with a BBQ, and a few steps lead to a mature garden with trees for shade. Bright and spacious, with comfortable modern furnishings, this is a very popular villa.

Two storeys. Spacious lounge with air conditioning and TV/DVD, large conservatory/dining room with sea views and internet connexion, fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), cloakroom, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony.

15 steps lead down to the lower level and pool area, with two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower room each. External staircase lead to the pool area from balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning included at no extra cost.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday or Saturday arrivals, except between 17 Jul – 27 Aug when Saturday only.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
