On a hillside in a quiet residential area just 3km from the beaches and resort centre of Moraira, this pleasant, comfortable house has a large, partly lawned garden planted with trees and shrubs for shade, as well as a kidney-shaped private swimming pool (Depth 1.1m - 1.9m) and spacious sun terraces with BBQ. Villa Aldo also benefits from air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, making this a very popular holiday home in the hot summer months.

One storey. Steps lead up from the sun terraces to a conservatory with panoramic views over the area, and then into the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Master double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom, further double and twin bedrooms and a shower/WC.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air-conditioning at no extra charge. Internet connection available (bring your own laptop) - €25 per week, payable locally if required.

Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
