Nodyn y Nant snuggles well off the beaten track of tourists but only minutes from the bustling town of Llangollen, home of the International Eisteddfod, Balloon Festival, canal boats, canoeing and white water rafting on the River Dee. Approached from its patio through a stable door, the cottage is entered half way up and half way down the stairs. On this level is a tiled bathroom with step in shower, WC and wash basin. Tiled stairs lead down to the lovely well equipped country kitchen. Oak fitted units, beamed ceilings and a real wood burning stove make this, the cosiest home from home. The room also has two comfy sofas, a TV with DVD and a dining table. Upstairs the bedroom has an impressive king sized cream metal bed, fitted wardrobes, sloping ceilings and beams.
