The garden wall is also the sea wall. In summertime there are many sailing boats on the bay and in wintertime the boats leave and are replaced by an outstanding array of wildlife.
There are several good places to eat locally, including The Tavern at St Davids Park, the Old Boathouse on Red Wharf Bay and a little further afield The White Eagle at Rhoscollyn is a particular favourite.
