Just a stones throw form the village centre a modern family home with great facilities. Ideally situated just a short stroll from the village and beach path, this modern link detached property offers a lovely family home from home. The living room is light and bright with triple aspect windows and an attractive stone fireplace houses a log burning stove, a real treat on cooler evenings. French doors open out onto a pretty rear patio and fully enclosed private garden, a perfect spot for family barbecues. The integral garage provides ample storage for surf boards and beach equipment and gives access to a convenient ground floor shower room / utility room perfect for surfers. An additional cloakroom is found off the hallway. Upstairs the three bedrooms benefit from Ipod docks and are stylishly furnished, having views overlooking the surrounding countryside and all served by a bathroom and separate cloakroom. If you ever tire of Croydes fabulous beach there are many great family attractions within easy reach such as Watermouth Castle and the popular Dinosaur and Wildlife Park.
