Spread over three floors, it has two bedrooms, a double on the first floor, and a second floor twin, which can be made into a king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. With easy access to York, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Coast, Ivy Cottage is a great base.
