The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest salt marshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away. Beautifully situated beside the River Stiffkey is this pleasant, detached, modern cottage, built in traditional Norfolk style. It provides spacious, well-equipped accommodation situated in a courtyard setting and the balcony offers bird watching and views over the lovely garden to the river, meadows and woodland beyond.
