A spacious brick and flint house over three floors which is within easy walking distance of both the beach and town centre. The charming seaside town of Sheringham is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. Cliffs rise on either side of the town, which has a backdrop of wooded hills, including those in the wonderful Sheringham Park. Sheringham is also home to The North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash Leisure Centre, a golf course and an excellent selection of shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants. Fishermen's Cottage is a Norfolk flint property that has been updated to provide accommodation over three floors. Pleasantly furnished and with a spiral staircase as a central feature of the property, this is an interesting and convenient base for seaside holidays exploring all the amenities of North Norfolk. It is situated in a lane in the centre of Sheringham with the beach 150 yards away and shops and all the other attractions of the town within walking distance.
