The cottage can sleep thirteen people and has two ground floor bedrooms (one double and one family room) and two doubles and a family room on the first floor. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the cottage also provides an additional ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that both seat six and an additional dining room for six people. There are two sitting rooms, one of which has a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars and a rear lawned garden. Within 4 miles of Burren Valley House is the coast, and a little further away are the Burren National Park, the Aran Islands, Lough Derg, Lough Corrib and so much more.
