Well placed in the heart of Somerset the jewel of the West Country with direct access to the Quantock Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you are spoilt for choice when it comes to long walks and stunning scenery to enjoy. There are many places to visit within the area such as Dunster Castle Exmoor and the seaside towns of Minehead Watchet and Burnham on Sea. Closer to home Hawkridge Reservoir and the pretty village of Nether Stowey can be explored and boasts a selection of pubs and shops ideal for any essentials. Leisure facilities: Scandinavian style sauna and hot tub with panoramic views of the countryside to the sea beyond. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 master king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and separate dressing room. On the ground floor 1 further double and 1 twin. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious open-plan living area with large wall-mounted flatscreen TV/DVD woodburner effect electric fire feature floor to ceiling windows and French doors to decked area outside. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher. Additional snug/lounge: located in the galleried landing with views of the Quantock Hills. Utility room: with sink and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed lawed garden with decked area to the front of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample private parking.
