It is perfect for family holidays with nearby beaches offering lifeguards in attendance and surfing schools. Trebarwith Strand Polzeath Crackington Haven are all close by. There are many sheltered coves for children to explore such as Widemouth Bay an ideal choice with ample parking. For walkers the local footpath is easily accessible further information in the property. Enclosed lawn area and gravelled patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Adjacent paddock ideal for exercising dogs please be aware of sheep in surrounding farmland.
