Nestling between a variety of different styled properties the cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the whole of Devon. Lots to see and do close by with the sandy beach of Westward Ho! being a short drive away the sand and surf is great for the surfing enthusiast or for those who just wish to relax. Another interesting places to visit is the port town of Bideford with its selection of shops pubs and restaurants as well as a pretty public park The Burton Art Gallery and the bustling quayside. Clovelly the quaint cliffside fishing village with steep cobbled streets that lead down to the harbour is a short drive. Appledore and Instow which sit either side of the Taw/Torridge estuary have a charm of their own and are well worth a look. Also an ideal location for golf enthusiasts as there are 10 golf courses within 30 miles of the property! This character cottage offers THREE bedrooms: ground floor twin reached by 2 steps.
