The cottage offers comfortable accommodation and is an ideal holiday retreat being within easy walking distance from the bustling quayside. With an array of restaurants pubs shops and galleries there s something for everyone. The coastline with its 2 miles of golden sand is perfect for surfers and sunbathers alike. A wide choice of attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens and day trips to Lundy Island are all within easy reach and after a busy day exploring you can relax on the beautiful patio and watch the boats sail by. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the second floor offering incredible sea views 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom situated on the first floor. Bathroom: situated on the third floor with shower over bath and WC. A further shower room with WC and underfloor heating is situated on the ground floor. Lounge: downstairs with flatscreen TV Blu-ray and Freeview HD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer microwave wall mounted flatscreen TV further seating and bi-folding doors leading to the patio. Outside: enclosed patio area with table seating and sea views. Amenities: parking available in the public car park or roadside parking a 2 minute walk. Bed linen towels wi-fi electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 1 mile pubs and shops walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
