You will be perfectly positioned for touring both Devon and Cornwall with easy access to the A30 being just a stone s throw away. You will have a choice of sandy beaches to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes including Meldon Reservoir for walks and fishing Roadford Reservoir with fishing and water sports National Trust properties The Eden Project (60 minute drive) and many more.
