Located within the hamlet of Penhallow a stone s throw from the popular family friendly village pub and surrounded by miles of countryside. Situated a short drive from the popular coastal town of Perranporth with its wealth of restaurants shops and pubs as well as the picturesque 3 miles of golden sandy beach that is popular with surfers and families alike. A short drive from the A30 that links east and west Cornwall means that the property can be used as an ideal base to visit the whole of the county from the rugged beauty of Lands End to the popular tourist destination of Newquay and to the shopper s haven of the cathedral city of Truro. The cosy accommodation is arranged over one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with flatscreen TV with Freeview and 1 single with en-suite shower and WC (narrow and with limited head-space). Lounge: with flatscreen TV Freeview and DVD and corner sofa and access to patio and paddock. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker and hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave and dishwasher.
