Enjoy the idyllic 600 acres of woodland setting abundant in wildlife. The owners live in the adjoining property but privacy is assured. Public footpaths and cycle trails go to the nearby towns of Cawston and the market town of Aylsham less than 2 miles with shops pubs and restaurants. Catch the Bure Valley Steam train to Wroxham and hire a boat to navigate the Broads a haven for wildlife or simply relax and unwind in stunning surroundings. The pretty town of Holt with traditional shops is a 20 minute drive. Within easy reach is the city of Norwich with restaurants bars a Norman castle market and 2 cathedrals. The North Norfolk coast can be reached within half an hour Cromer with wide sandy beaches cliff-top walks and famous for its fresh caught seafood. Sea Palling has a Blue Flag golden sandy beach. Leisure facilities: shared full length indoor heated swimming pool with showers and changing rooms; exclusive use at certain times of day 7 free hours per week or 1 session a day by prior arrangement with the owners.
