Privately located but close to the owner s farmhouse. An excellent base to explore the area and is perfect for anyone with a love of the great outdoors with both coasts and the moors within easy driving distance. There are so many things to do and places to go to for family fun and entertainment including Morwellham Quay Jamaica Inn and The Eden Project. Roadford Lake is 7 miles away and is a 730 acre reservoir with visitors centre restaurant fishing and sailing and also provides some great walks. Why not spend a day visiting one of Cornwall s famous costal resorts such as Padstow Tintagel or Boscastle; all within easy access of the property.
