This delightful cottage which has un-obstructed views of the estuary from the lounge and master bedroom windows is just a short walk to the waterfront with its rock pools boat ramp and area of sand (at low tide) and is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of North Devon and North Cornwall s holiday attractions. The stylish accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: both situated on the first floor 1 double with estuary views and ensuite shower room and 1 further double.
