This property was originally the old shippen barn to the main farmhouse and linked cottages one of which is mentioned in the Domesday Book. The cottage is full of charm with exposed beamed ceilings wooden floors thick wooden latch doors and white-washed walls yet offers all modern conveniences. Located in one of North Devon s most popular areas the stunning sandy beaches of Saunton Woolacombe and Croyde are within easy reach known worldwide on the surfing scene.
