The accommodation is tastefully furnished and retains its quaint cottage feel whilst introducing the 21st century. Located in the small hamlet of Gayles on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales in unspoilt countryside. The historic market towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle are close by offering a range of shops pubs restaurants and leisure facilities. Both towns have impressive castles set in prime position to protect the Pennine Way. North of Gayles stands High Force Waterfall the biggest in Great Britain where walks above and below are popular. Within an hour s drive you can reach the Lake District Seaham Beach City of Durham numerous National Trust properties and gardens and various quaint Yorkshire villages and towns.
