STYLISH COTTAGE SET ON OWNERS WORKING 300 ACRE DAIRY FARM This superb and unique property is situated adjacent to the owners farmhouse on a working family farm in a beautiful part of Devon. The cottage is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with oak beams wooden and tiled flooring and centrally heated with quality furnishings throughout makes staying a real treat and somewhere you will long to return to after a day exploring. There is much to see and do nearby with the cathedral city of Exeter being a short drive away and offering a huge variety of shops restaurants and amenities to suit all ages and tastes. Closer to home is the town of Tiverton which has a pretty canal and from where you can see the barges and even hire one for the day. Visit the idyllic thatched inn at Bickleigh situated on the banks of the River Exe for a bite to eat or a drink. Or visit Fursdon House and Gardens in Cadbury a traditional farming estate where the Fursdon family have lived for over 750 years.
