The property is situated on the outskirts of Stratton on the A3072 with easy access to both Cornwall and Devon. 3 miles from Bude with its sandy beaches sea lock canal restaurants pubs shops supermarkets banks and much much more. It is close to a variety of lovely locations including Tintagel Padstow The Eden Project Clovelly and Hartland. There are many popular attractions nearby including animal sanctuaries adventure centres heritage sites and leisure activities.
