DELIGHTFUL COTTAGE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE COAST BABIES IN ARMS WELCOME BUT REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YRS This pretty property has been lovingly fitted and furnished by its owners who have taken great care to source as much as possible locally including a selection of artwork by local artists. With its own suntrap patio area it provides a relaxing seaside escape. Nestling in the centre of the village of Boscastle you will be within walking distance of the coast and a traditional harbour. Stroll out further along the coast path and from here you can discover many popular sandy beaches and sheltered coves which are perfect for surfing and sunbathing. Port Isaac and Padstow are also within easy reach and offer a selection of shops and restaurants. For a cultural day out visit King Arthur s Castle the National Trust properties Llanhydrock House and The Old Post Office or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. In the evenings relax in the garden with a glass of wine or visit one of the many local pubs or restaurants. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single with futon bed approached via the double room. Shower room: with large walk-in shower and WC also approached via the double room. Lounge: with TV/DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included) and hi-fi with iPod dock. Kitchen/diner: modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: small patio area to the front of the property and small raised gravelled patio area to the rear with garden furniture. Amenities: roadside parking outside the property and additional parking can be found in the local public car park if needed. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric electric heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: please note that front door is quite narrow but the property can also be accessed via the (standard size) back door via a shared pathway behind the row of cottages. Babies in arms welcome but regret no children under 10 yrs. Maximum occupancy 3 including infants. Location: beach and selection of pubs shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
