17 South Green is a cosy, unspoilt yet fully modernised cottage. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac Southwold South Green Area - Properties here enjoy one of the best locations in town. From many of them you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer. Secluded and peaceful, Southwold Denes is an ideal retreat for walkers and nature enthusiasts. 17 South Green is a cosy, unspoilt yet fully modernised cottage. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of South Green. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break, yet within a couple of minutes walk of the beach, town and promenade.
