The property is adjoining the farmhouse which is situated on the edge of a working farm. Feel free to roam the farmland and watch the farm activities or a short walk is the local thatched pub. Approximately 1 mile is a small village shop. Ideally positioned close to the Devon/Cornwall border it allows you to visit other places of interest with ease such as the traditional village of Hartland the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and the numerous sandy beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay.
