The property is approached by a private drive with 2 unfenced ponds. Locally there are many places to visit including The Tarka Trail Clovelly a unique cliffside fishing village and the nearby small town of Hartland together with lots of good pubs and eating places within easy reach. There are interests for every age and taste. Both properties offer ground floor accommodation and a good welcome is assured. Good access for elderly and safe playing for children. Games room: shared with snooker football game and table tennis dolls house toys games and a selection of DVDs and videos. Outside: large adjacent fields ideal for ball games. Open-plan garden area with BBQ and lots of garden furniture. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer (tumble dryer by meter). Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and towels included. Electric by meter (which is half filled by the owner). Wi-fi available. Regret no pets or smoking. Amenities: off-peak central heating included (6 hours per day) otherwise use of remote control convector heaters.
