"Location is perfect for anyone without a car or for anyone who wanted to go places without it. theres a bus stop right outside which will take you door to door to all essential places also theres a train service onsite which will take you into the heart of Lowestoft where you will find everything you need. shops and pubs are around and of a plenty with amazing views of the broads and at night a tranquil setting whilst the sun goes down. staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you discounts are also available for shops and big named attractions. all in all the few days spent away was made more pleasurable by the straightforwardness of each concept. If you don't drive the railway station Lowestoft/Ipswich/London is a few steps away but not obtrusive and bus stops for Lowestoft and surrounding areas are close by. It has an excellent gym/swimming pool and a welcoming social club where nice meals are served. We were well looked after."
