There are extensive well-kept grounds with private parking and each cottage has its own sheltered patio with outdoor furniture. The properties are personally supervised by the owners and are maintained and presented to an exceptionally high standard.
The world class Fairmont hotel and resort is a 10 minute walk across the golf course and cottage guests are entitled to a substantial discount off meals, drinks and resort facilities.
The historic university town of St Andrews has quality shops and restaurants, quaint old inns, theatre, cinema, leisure facilities and of course as the home of golf, excellent courses, golf shops and the Museum of Golf. A fascinating medieval castle, abbey and miles of golden sands all make this a premier holiday destination. Within easy reach are the picturesque old fishing villages, sandy coves and spectacular cliffs of the East Neuk and the fertile farmlands and little market towns of inland Fife. This whole area is steeped in the Scottish history and there are many historic castles and palaces open to the public. These two terraced properties have all accommodation on ground floor and sit in a sheltered corner between the lovely landscaped gardens and the golf course. The living areas and patios enjoy wide open views over the course to the sea, the Bell Rock lighthouse and the distant Angus coast.
Each property has 2 twin bedrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen with patio doors, bathroom with shower over bath.
All 4 properties have cooking and heating by electricity, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD, CD player, Wi-Fi. Cot and high chair available. There is a laundry room on site.
