This delightful, listed thatched cottage offers a wealth of charm and character in a quiet village, 5 minutes’ drive from the popular historic sailing town of Yarmouth. One of a pair, set peacefully down a country lane, it retains many original features. The scenic walking and bus trail network for exploring the island is 2 minutes away; for cyclists, the property lies on a designated cycle route. Within a minute’s walk is a rural play meadow with swings and small jogging track. Plenty of attractions await discovery on this lovely island. Shop 1 mile. Entrance with boot store. Living room with wood-burning stove. Farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with electric range cooker and ornamental bread oven. Steep stairs to first floor: Two bedrooms, each with low beamed ceiling; one double with 5ft bed, additional extendable bed (up to full size, for +1 child) and en-suite toilet, one twin. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
